The variable products in out store have a price. But for some reason some of them suddenly show a price of 0.00$ as seen in the category. If you click on the product, the product-page shows no price and a “not in stock” notification. If we go to the backend of the product there is clearly stated, that the product is in stock! After no changes were made we update the page and the product is back to normal. We found out, that after deleting the transients all affected products are back to normal.

But still it doesn’t find the source of the problem and we have to check daily.

I already tried to deactivate recently installed plugins. It didn’t help.

Have you added a price for the product variation of the product?

Hi, yes for both variations. And both are listed “in stock”.

    Hello,

This may be a conflict issue. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
