The first screenshot shows that you have disabled plugin updates for “Dashboard Notification Options” which will dictate what you see on the Wordfence > Dashboard page.
To remove these from emails, Wordfence > All Options > General Options > Scan plugin files against repository versions for changes could be unchecked but this would naturally apply to scans too and therefore remove the checking elsewhere. If you’re satisfied that auto-updates or your own regular checks are sufficient, this should be OK to do though.
Secondly, as these are medium severity issues, you could instead increase the Wordfence > All Options > Email Alert Preferences > Alert me with scan results of this severity level or greater to “High“, therefore allowing the scan of plugins to continue but omit their severity level from your emails.
