Need plugin that displays data from database on page after user query.

I am helping out a friend on a project that he had to take over and I need this specific plugin that I never had a need for before and I don’t know if it even exists.

On one page of the site, when a user opens it, I need to show everything from that database. It’s some pdf reports, can be categorized in several different ways. So when the page opens it shows all the reports, pretty basic Title, Year, and PDF download button of that report. (reports are saved as links in the database).

But on the same page, I need to allow my users to search for a specific report since there are thousands of them in the database. I need to allow them to search via keyword and/or let them select just a specific year, category, city, and state from a dropdown menu that contains all of these years and categories, cities, and states.

Having a plugin for this would save up so much work time so that’s why I am writing here, if doesn’t exist I’ll get to writing my own code.
