3CX Live Chat continual redirect when logged in

    Not sure how best to describe this problem but here goes.

    When I am working on the backend of my website, WordPress will suddenly jump to the 3CX Live Chat page. For example, I could be working on a post/page update and then all of a sudden, it will redirect to the 3CX Live Chat section.

    Is this a glitch or a setting I have set wrong somewhere because it is most annoying to be working on something for it then just to redirect, loosing work.

    Version is the latest and on the latest WordPress update.

    This is happening on our website as well. We are using the latest versions of the plugin and WordPress.
