403 Error on accessing Settings > Login or Logout

Hi. I can’t seem to access the settings for Login or Logout plugin in the Dashboard > Settings > Login or Logout section (mydomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=lolmi-settings). Whenever I click it, I get an instant HTTP Error 403 saying I do not have authorization to access this page. I am the administrator on the website. Why do I not have the authorization to access these settings?
