Recurring payment confirm checkbox stays hidden

Hi,

It seems that the recurring payment option confirmation is broken. The checkbox does not appear on my site when an option other than a one time payment is selected.

In includes/class-start.php the label on line 648 has a display:none, which is never made visible. As the checkbox is included in the label, it will remain invisible, regardless of the javascript above that line that switches on the checkbox.

I moved the id=”dmm_permission” to the label, and all is well for now…
