    Hello.

    The WordFence Firewall rules are not being updated and a message keeps popping up about it on the admin panel.

    This has happened before with WordFence and you guys had provided the IP address and the URL for the blocked site and Dreamhost.com has looked into it.

    This is the message I am getting and clearing the “wp-content/wflogs/rules.php” file did not help.

    No rules were updated. Please verify your website can reach the Wordfence servers.

    Hi @wpfiend, sorry to see you’re having trouble with this.

    Using FTP or your hosts’ file manager, could you navigate to your wp-content/wflogs folder and check your rules.php file. When was it last modified?

    Can you also send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
