Polylang website, multiple forms

Hello,
I am trying to use Email Subscribers & Newsletters on a Polylang website to achieve the following:
– Two language website, visitors using language A will sign seeing the form A from the plugin, and sign to list “Language A”. Visitors using language B will sign seeing the form B from the plugin, and sign to list “Language B”.

However, the Notifications that the plugin sends can not be translated to more than one language. Is there a way translate them to Language A and Language B, so when users sign with one form, they will get notifications on their language?
