Can’t access Perfect Images Dashboard

    I’m using the newest version of Perfect Images and WordPress. But when I go to Media>Perfect Images to use the Perfect Images dashboard, the dashboard appears for only about two seconds and then disappears. The dashboard won’t stay visible long enough for me to use it.

    I’ve also tried going to Meow Apps>Perfect Images, and then clicking the dashboard button. Unfortunately, I experience the same problem: the dashboard is only visible very briefly and then disappears.

    I quickly took a screenshot of the dashboard as it appears during those two seconds. This is all I see:

    Any suggestions?

    Hmmm, I just discovered that I’m able to see the Perfect Images dashboard if I use the Brave browser rather than the Safari browser, which I had been using. So for unknown reasons, my Safari browser must have been causing the Perfect Images dashboard to disappear. Anyway, I can now access the dashboard via Brave browser.

    Hi,

    That’s a bit strange ?? Have you tried Chrome? Anyway, you should have a look in the Console Logs, I think there is an error happening on the client side, which breaks the UI. There are no bugs known currently, but there might be compatibility issues with another plugin ??
