Not all person!
for example Aisha is perfect, Aram is good person.
But, I think Nicole is the boy of the boss and Hope best friend to Nicole?

And sometimes We have issue quickly have to fix but waiting fiva days maybe six. If ha/she understand me then ten days. this terrible!

Now I waiting six days support ticket, If Nicole or Hope look my ticket, I know, have to wait five days too!

your theme or plugin very good but, you have to find a solution for Support Service…
