Error happens on OSX 10.15.2 Chrome 88 and Windows 10 IE11

It looks like the form proceeds to the next step without any errors. Please clear any website cache and also visit your site with an incognito/private window to insure a fresh copy of the page is served. Let me know if this resolves your issue.

Thanks for the answer. Clearing cache has solved the issue except in ie. Still stuck on the first step, but since the importance of this browsers fades ;), for us the issue is solved.
