First Class Mail not generating tracking number.

    Hello,

    We recently added the ability to ship items via USPS First Class Mail in a bubble mailer.

    When shipping our first order this morning via this route we noticed there is no tracking number present on the label or within woocommerce/we sent blank tracking to the customer.

    When selecting the shipping rate USPS – First Class Mail states it includes USPS tracking.

    Any known issues on usps first class mail not generating a tracking number?

    I am replying to make sure you are not still having issues.

    A bubble mailer, if the height is less than 3/4 inch, would be consider an envelope. USPS has no tracking for First Class mail envelopes. The labels have a different format and there is no tracking number.

    USPS First Class Mail should not display the option “Includes USPS tracking” for that type of envelope.

    If you are using the latest version of WooCommerce Shipping and Tax and seeing the option “Includes USPS tracking”, please submit a ticket using this form, so that you can get further help.

    @brezocordero marked this as resolved earlier as after we submitted this we found the shipping guide and was able to figure out adjusting settings properly to get labels to print with a tracking number. Thank you for the follow up though!
