How to use Lottie file with Preloader Plus

Can someone help me explain how to use a Lottie animation within the custom content function of this plugin? I for Elementor user, it is easy to generate a shortcode within Elementor, and copy paste this into the custom content within the plugin. But I am using Avada theme and would love to have a custom json file as an animation, when my page is loading.
