Thank you for the system report!

This could very likely be a plugin or theme conflict. We have steps here for troubleshooting plugin conflicts: https://lifterlms.com/docs/troubleshooting-with-lifterlms/#disable-plugins

What sticks out to us is the Classic editor and Gutenberg plugins.In the screenshot it looks like the course page is trying to load in a Classic Editor. You may try to load the course in Gutenberg and see if this helps.
