This is an easy to use and feature rich plugin. It has everything we could have wanted in an appointment booking solution, but we cannot use it. As a school, we were looking for a way for parents to book with administrators and teachers for various things throughout the year. While this would accomplish this, it requires all WP users to be Admins. That simply cannot happen. This would work much better if a Subscriber or Contributor role was possible as with the other plugins we use. I believe this is a serious flaw in general and not just my situation.

    Hi,

Your point is totally valid. We are already working on this feature called multi admin access, where we are planning to allow non-administrators to manage the event types and bookings. It also allows wp-admin users to manage other admin’s event types optionally. It is expected to be launched by the end of March.

I hope once the feature is released you can update this review.

    Hi,

We have launched a new update. It has multi admin access where Administrator, Editor, Author and Contributor can create event types and manage its bookings. (Note: The invitees can be a WP user or just an end-user without any account. This is same, from the beginning).

Optionally, other admin event types and bookings can be managed.
Please update the plugin to the latest version and check out the option.
You can also check out the update blog https://wpcal.io/whats-new-in-v0-9-5/ for more details.

Please let me know your feedback.
