regisration form stopped working

  • Hi YITH,
    I have worked on my new webshop in pretty long time for now. And i was nearly done, and the last thing was to setup your Affliate system.

    When all was configured and i press the save button, the issues started coming. First of all, the woocormerce “my-account” page stopped working. When i was trying to create a account, it bassicly just reloaded and nothing happend. I was researching the topic a lot to find the error, and i did find a post about the link structure could be the problem.

    So i changed the link structure from link.com/page/ to link.com/?p=123, and now i actually work. So now are my issue, you plugin bassicly killed woocormerce configuration and i wont work without “?p=123” in the link, and i want it to be the normal link. Can you help, because now i have a Affiliate plugin there are pretty nice, but only work when i have the trash link structure activated.

    Hi there,

    hope you are doing well! ??

    We have been testing the different permalinks structures and all of them are working as expected.

    It’s not necessary to set the plain permalinks mode to make the affiliate commissions work.

    We think that your problem was that you needed to regenerate the permalinks of the site.

    Thank you for the quick response.

    Actually i have tried to install the plugin on to diffrent sites with two diffrent themes (Porto and Royal Themes), and both sites get this error. My woocormerce loginsystem (my-account and affiliate login) dont work anymore. Its everytime after i have configured you plugin, huh? :O

    When you say i have to regenerate the permalinks, you mean i have to chose another type of permalink and save and after that turn it back to the originally settings, right? Cause i have tried that and still dont work.

    Hello there,

    hope you are doing well! ??

    As we have said to you previously, we have been making some tests with the different permalink structures and all of them are working correctly. So, it’s not needed to choose a different permalink structure, save it, and then, set it back to the previous structure.

    Are you getting some errors that could give us some clues about what is happening or something similar?
