Cerber is block ability to call up Users

    When we have Cerber activated, we can no longer access Users in WordPress. Dashboard/ Users runs and runs and runs and runs and finally ends up with a 502 error. Checked with our hosting. They are saying it’s not server usage.

    Something (a plugin) interferes with WP Cerber. You need to check the server error log.

    Okay. Worked with hosting. Shut down all plugins EXCEPT WP cerber and activated twentyseventeen theme. Still had the issue. Hosting support indicates:
    “The query segement named ” MySQL cerber_log select” is taking too long to process” This finally processed when the hosting company shut off execution time caps. But we can’t leave that running on the server. Nor do I have the ability to shut the execution max times off when I need to.

    Please check the size of the cerber_log table on the Tools page / Diagnostic tab. How many rows there, and what value is shown in the “Data_length” row.

    Please install the latest version. Now the plugin uses AJAX when rendering its “Users” page columns.
