Error message in customizer

    Hello I keep getting an error message every time I try to change something in customizer.
    I’m using a child theme of neve…some of the changes seem to save, but others don’t.

    The error message reads:
    Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple of seconds, and then try again.

    Does anyone know what might be causing this?

    This issue might be coming from a plugin conflict. Please back up your site for security purposes and try to disable the plugins one by one and see if any of them causes the problem.

    Apolgies, I had set up child theme without realising there was a child zip file to download, so have resolved now, apologies. thank you
