Possible to change TOS-Link?

Hi,
is it possible to change the “Terms of Subscription”-Link in the regitration form? I would like to link to an own page, that already exists (not to the page that has to be styled under the dialogs-tab). I found out how to use a hook for changing the link text, but not for the actual link. Thanks for a hint.
