    Hi,

After I installed rtmedia into my buddypress plugin, there is a white blank on the right side.

It is normal when I clicked to another section like notification or friends etc. While I go to the media section(rtmedia), it shows a gap. Can anyone help me to fix it? Thankyou.

    Hi,

Can you please confirm if you are facing the same issue with the WordPress default theme with only BuddyPress and rtMedia enabled?

You can also go through this troubleshooting guide as well – https://rtmedia.io/docs/troubleshooting/basic-diagnosis-guide/

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Have a nice day.

    Regards,
    Pooja

Thanks for your reply @pooja1210 ,

After I tested it for using the default theme, I found that the white gap was replaced as right sidebar’s tool. It seems that rtmedia is not compatible with my origin theme – OnePress. But something is weird that the layout is fit to “group”. (Create a group from using buddypress, go to the group page and click “media (rtmedia)” through group page)

    Hi @hectorcchan,

If it is working fine with the WordPress default theme, then it could be some conflict with 3rd party theme you are using.

Can you please once check with the theme author? As a support to 3rd party theme/plugin is out of our scope of support policy.

Let us know if you have any further queries.

    Regards,
    Pooja
