    Hi there,

    When on the checkout page and you need to fill in the suburb it keeps saying “No results found” no matter what suburb you insert.

    This use to work perfectly fine and recently has stopped working.

    Also all plugins are up to date and this issue started occurring before the updates, the updates were done to see if it would rectify the issue which was not the case.

    Please may you advise the way forward to solve this issue.

    Please kindly confirm the user and password for your ecom user with TCG directly.
    We have reports of several other clients who received updated details upon enquiry.

    Not related to the update.
