klarna problem

Hello,
I found a problem with Klarna, this happened to us 2 times.Customer selects Klarna 14-day invoice in the CHECKOUT, this is forwarded to Klarna, the customer enters all the data there and then it is forwarded back to our site and it is selected IMMEDIATELY, after which the customer changes this back to 14 days … and that goes 3 times until the end of the customer confirmation that everything has worked. But we have 3 time pay via Klarna and 3 orders have also been received.
Problem in Plugin? or. Which information or Logs you need?
