Is your site running on PHP 8 ?

you can create a phpinfo page at your site’s public_html , to verify the memcached/redis extension

    Hi,

@subwebsites please make sure your redis or memcached daemon process is up and running

    this is 2 part things

    one is PHP extension

another is server-side daemon process , miss any of them will not work
