Unwanted full page pop-up when clicking anywhere on website

  • I am having an issue with my website.

    When I click anywhere on the website a large pop-up, well, pops-up. It cannot be exited other than by pressing the ESC key.

    I have disabled all plugins and that hasn’t fixed the issue. I wonder if it is an issue with the Theme but I am hoping I can get some advice here.

  • Have you tried looking at your site with another browser in privacy mode? One possibility is malware on your computer.

    Hi Scott – thanks for the suggestion. I tried in both Chrome and Safari’s private modes and both had the same result.
