Not sending confirmation email

    Plugin been working great for a good while now, but this week it has not been sending me any confirmations, when I go in to setting to manually send, it does it fine, but not when a purchase occurs.

    Could you help.

    Just noticed payments from 18/2/2021 onward are all pending or failed, when before that they showed complete.

    As you said, your payments are not getting marked as a complete and that’s why you are not getting any confirmation email.

    Payments are marked as a complete automatically via payment gateway IPN (Instant Payment Notification)

    Can you please tell me which payment gateways are you using? Also please confirm the status payments from payment gateway side. Does payment is successfully received via payment gateway?

    Hello @ethicalstores

    As @pratik-jain mentioned orders are marked as complete with the help of IPN (in case of PayPal).
    Might be worth looking at one of the payments inside EDD and if you can post the Notes section here.
