customize Publicize module for Tumblr

    Hi,
    I activated publicize module and connected my tumblr account. Everything works fine.
    Jetpack inserts “View on WordPress” at the end of published post on Tumblr as a link to the original post on my website.
    I need to change the hyperlink text to something else like “Read more on the website” or something else.
    How can I change the text?
