    Hello people,

i am building a webshop with Woocommerce and Elementor. I found out a really weird thing. It is possible to log in / register on the webshop. When I visit the webshop as a “guest”, without logging in, the layout of the product list looks very strange. But when I’m logged in, everything looks very nice, just like it looks on the Elementor editor. Now I don’t really know what to do about this as I have not experienced this before. Do you people know more about this problem? Please have a look on the screenshots:

This is how it looks when you are logged in: https://snipboard.io/2Qq3eS.jpg

This is how it looks when you are a guest, not logged in: https://snipboard.io/Vgyqrv.jpg

  • When you are logged out, the java scrpit works?

My product “Product Category” widget do not work when I’m logged out.

    Hello,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem
    • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Please keep us posted, we will be more than happy to help moving forward.

Hello people, thank you @maykato and @josenievesrosado for your answers. I found the problem. I use a plugin to speed up the website, this plugin combined all the CSS into 1. When i disabled that, it worked fine!
