Buttons height on mobile is too low and text to speech suggestion

  • Thanksfor this amazing plugin.
    However, in mobiles the options of this plugin does not have the required height to be able for the user to easily press them without mistakes,
    how i can change the height in mobile devices?

    Also it would be great if it has an option to read with text to speech the content of a page,
