New Order e-mail not being sent to multiple e-mails

If the mail is not sending to all the emails, there should be something that is conflicting. I’d recommend starting here:

Please kindly verify that the orders aren’t stuck on pending. If that case, then the new order emails won’t be sent. If not, then the best option is to switch to a different mail server.

We have same problem in 3 websites where is woocommerce. I tried everything and read all the articles but nothing work. I think it’s a woocommerce problem. Please somebody help! We need to fixed this error asap!
