    Good day,

I see this is a recurring issue but I was not able to find any solutions on other threads.

I have set the number of mobile columns to 1 in the Customizer, however, on the shop page there are still 2 columns on the mobile view. I am using the Elementor page builder.

    Here is a screenshot:

How can I ensure that there is only 1 column of products on the Product Archive?

Please note that I need the same solution to also work for Product Category pages, such as:

Thank you for your time and energy.

    Kind regards,
    Jethro

  • Hello,

Visited your site and you created the template with elementor, that is the reason for not working the customizer settings in the template, oceanwp doesn’t control the elementor design/settings.

Edit your template, click on responsive mode, and set the column for mobile view or check the template settings.

    Hi Abhishek,

The OceanWp customizer does actually affect the Product Archive widget from Elementor for both Desktop and Tablet, it just does not affect the number of columns for Mobile.

    Why could this be?

Is there any custom CSS to set the number of columns in the Product Archive to 1 on mobile?

There is no setting within the Product Archive widget from Elementor to set the number of columns, the widget inherits the number of columns set in the theme.

As I said, the Customizer settings work for Desktop and Tablet, but not for Mobile for some reason. No matter the column number value that I set for mobile, it always shows 2 columns.

I wonder what the easiest solution is?

    Kind regards,
    Jethro
