Hi @stamatovski there is some html issue in your site. Most of the header it’s being printed in the body. That means something it’s wrong, either. a plugin or something in your theme is breaking things.

I would try deactivating other plugins to see which one it’s causing the issue. Could be popup content also if some html is not closed properly, you will need to try deactivating things until you find out why html is printed in the wrong place.

Now that you have pointed out I found out that it is ‘All in one SEO’ plugin causing the problem. I didn’t have any other issues and haven’t noticed… I will contact them. Thank you. ??

    Here is their response:

‘ I’m pretty sure this is an output buffering conflict. In the next release of AIOSEO we’re adding a filter that can fix conflicts like these.

The update should be going out next week.’

There is new problem now – after updating today the plugin broke the website. instead of the website this message is displayed: ‘Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 7.2.0”.’ and this instead of the admin – https://i.ibb.co/DfJMt7g/Screen-Shot-2021-03-04-at-21-48-57.png Please help. :/

Hi @stamatovski when do you get that message? When you activate wppopups?

    Thread Starter Stamatovski

    (@stamatovski)

When the plugin is active and I try to access the website, the whole website is not available, just that message. :/

    Hi @stamatovski
If you deactivate wpopups it works?
If you check the server error log it gave any other error?

    Thread Starter Stamatovski

    (@stamatovski)

Yes. But I have to change the name of the plugin folder so it can deactivate itself and then the page is available again. As soon as I reactivate the plugin, the page is unavailable again and just that message is displayed.

    Nothing in the error log.

Two months later, AISEO updated, the error message is gone, but the popups still not showing. I click and nothing happens. You can check here – https://borka.org.mk/kovid19/ clicking on the bottom two images in the sidebar.

I still don’t see our popup code printed out. Does you theme use wp_footer()?

    Thread Starter Stamatovski

    (@stamatovski)

Yes it does. But, it contains only copyright details, nothing else.

I’m not talking about the footer.php file I’m talking about the wp_footer() PHP function that the theme should include. Please search for that and if not in your footer.php file try adding it

    Thread Starter Stamatovski

    (@stamatovski)

Yes, yes, I misunderstood. I was already writing this while you answered: Sorry, I meant it uses footer, not the footer function.

    (@stamatovski)

I will add it, and get back to you. ??

    (@stamatovski)

I added it and now the plugin works again! Great tip! Thank you! ??
