    Hello
I have Jetpack installed on a domain where the subdomains are “created” by themselves, i.e. the web responds to *.domain.com

The problem is that Jetpack is constantly changing the url of my site and the stats are not coming out correctly. And also, I get the fail-safe message constantly.

Is there any way to configure Jetpack to count the stats for the main domain and all the subdomains (*.domain.com)?

    Thanks

    Hi @dapehe,

In order for Jetpack to connect and work properly, it needs to be connected to a single unique URL. If your site has URLs that are dynamically changing, it likely won’t be a good fit for you.

It’s also important to note here that Jetpack isn’t capable of changing your site’s URLs; rather, what is likely happening is what we refer to as an ID crisis:

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello

Thank you very much for your reply.

Actually, my site is connected to a single URL (domain.com). The issue is that my site is multi-language and I use subdomains to distinguish the different languages (en.domain.com, ru.domain.com, es.domain.co, etc..), but in Jetpack configuration the url that is indicated is https://domain.com.

I’m afraid that Jetpack is not prepared for these situations, which are quite common in multi-language sites ??

    It is really shame

    Hi @dapehe,

Thank you for the clarification. We can’t really help you troubleshoot further unless you’re willing to share your site URL with us. If you prefer, you could contact us at the form I’ve linked here. Make sure to link this thread in your ticket, and write to us from the email address you use on your WordPress.com account, so we can verify your ownership of the site.

You might also consider contacting the support team for the plugin you’re using for translations. For example, WPML is compatible with Jetpack and has some of their own documentation here:

    https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/using-wpml-with-the-jetpack-plugin/

Polylang also mentions Jetpack in their documentation here, so it should also be compatible:

    Hi @jenhooks

    Thank you for your reply.

I have developed my own multi-language system and I would not like to switch to WPML and Polylang.

    I have submitted a support ticket ??

    Thanks
