How to find Amp compatible plugins

First of all, we do have the ecosystem section on the plugin site which lists out AMP-compatible plugins: https://amp-wp.org/ecosystem/plugins/

That’s where we recommend you start to look for compatible plugins.

Note that Testimonials in Jetpack are AMP-compatible.

For Newsletters, you may consider the new Newspack Newsletters plugin which I assume will be AMP-compatible given the Newspack project is AMP-compatible.

I have checked both links. But above mentioned 4 plugins are not added there.

Client want exact same functionality. There is no amp compatible chat plugin as well.

If you don’t have a plugin that is AMP compatible, I will suggest the following action plan.

1) Contact plugin author ask them to make their plugin AMP compatible.

2) Look for an alternative plugin that is AMP compatible, some of them are listed on our site.

3) If you are a developer look for AMP components and use them to make custom AMP compatible plugins.

4) You can also seek help from AMP experts.

Regarding Chat plugin You can refer to our Facebook Chat example

Hi, Is there any other amp chat plugin as well. Client wants olark type chat which is amp compatible.

The Olark seems to be a javascript-based chat feature, AMP does not allow custom javascript on AMP pages.

I will advise you to look for alternatives, I shared facebook chat in my previous replay or disable (Suppress) that feature on AMP pages.
