Text Input Labels

    Hi I have made the form text input only – how do I remove the labels underneath each field that say “Maximum & Minimum”?

    Also the title of each field is listed twice – eg. Loan Amount (italic) then underneath Loan Amount is listed again. How do I remove?

    Plus is there option of making each field start with zero & have a “Calculate” button?

    I need to see the site to see this duplicate label.

    Labels are usually removed with the options on the settings page.
