Backend blocked when maintenance active (Elementor)

  • Hi, I like this maintenance plugin – but when its active, i cannot access the backend to work on the pages using Elementor.

    In order to work on the design, I have to deactivate the maintenance mode, which defies the whole purpose.

    Thanks for trying out our plugin.

    The issue your facing is very odd. Can you tell me if those only page editors you can’t access or you can’t access the whole backend when IgniteUp is active?

    Yes, I can access the backend, sorry I wasn’t clear enough. So I think it must be an Elementor issue – because when deactivating maintenance mode, it all works again with Elementor.
