Instragram Feed Pro: Serve image in next-gen formats

    Hey guys,

    we are using a plugin called Instagram Feed Pro, from Smash Balloon https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/demo/

    I’m getting, in Lighthouse, 3 different opportunities:

    • Serve images in next-gen formats
    • Efficiently encode images
    • Defer offscreen images

    Is it possible for me to include these images in the Image optimization process of Litespeed Cache?

    FYI, we also use QUIC.cloud’s CDN and we are on a Litespeed server.

    Hi,

    Defer offscreen images:

    unfortunately we can only lazyload the images on HTML <tag, the images in question are loaded by CSS background

    Serve images in next-gen formats:
    Efficiently encode images:

    currently LSCWP can only optimize the images that is uploaded via WP uploader , if images are inserted by other plugin , LSCWP may not be able to optimize them
