add image button not highlighted or working

    I can’t upload or add images to my blog on either Firefox or IE. I don’t have any add ons or widgets to my account. If I go to add media, I have to use the browser upload. The other upload option is highlighted, but when I click the button nothing happens. I updated Firefox to the latest version and also updated Java. Neither helped. Any other ideas?
