• Good Day, I’m sure this is not how the plugin functions. Let’s say you request a quote on the computer when you log back in on the computer you will see it. However, if you were to log on on the phone it would tell you “Your Quote Request List Is Currently Empty.” I hope you guys respond to me.

    I am not sure if I understand the question correctly. But after the customer submits the request, they can see it from “my account” area. the quote list is a temporary and session based and only for that session. The quote list has to be submitted to be saved.

    After the quote request is submitted it is saved it is received on the backend. However, when click the page to view quote request it says “Your Quote Request List Is Currently Empty.”
