    Dear support team,

the privacy policy link I inserted into our footer signup form shown on every single web page used to be a realtive link, which resulted in a massive amount of 404-error links (example, clicking the link from the shop page would result in the link “https://thegreengaia.eu/shop/privacy-policy/” instead of “https://thegreengaia.eu/privacy-policy/”).

Now I fixed this by changing the link to an absolute link in the plugin form, but it won’t change in the frontend. I inserted the shortcode into the footer using the UX builder.

I’ve checked cache issues and even tried removing the link altogehter but the frontend won’t show any differnce no matter how the form is changed. I also tried solving it using redirects from every relative to an absolute link, but most webcrawling tools are still showing this issue, so it would be best to set the links right from the beginning.

Could you please tell me how I can fix this issue?

    Thanks and best,
    Nadine
