some data is missing

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. This probably is caused by the way you rebuilt your website. Did you do thinks like changing databases, migrating /bulk/import/export products and so on? It seems like your product types in your database are messed-up or completely missing.

    There is a side that you are right, but right now half of the feed is pulled right and half wrong

    The description, images, and variations at the top of the feed are correct

    But when you get down to the bottom, some information is missing and it starts to take wrong

    Yes I believe those products somehow are wrong/broken in your WooCommerce database. How did you insert those products? Did you copied them over from another WooCommerce instance using a bulk upload?

    Yeah that probably caused the issue at hand. Unfortunately that is not something we can fix.

    this is an important issue and it would not be right to lose

    Your plugin works really well and the support is incredibly fast thank you

    I restored my old site.
