Page builder editor is missing

    This is for the subpage at https://www.djursland-psykologen.dk/psykolog-randers

    When I access the page elements, they show just fine in the page builder, as seen in the admin screen shot: https://s.dpsyk.dk/9Zu80dWr

    But when I click an element, to edit text on the page, there is no editor elements in the left side column, as seen in this screen shot: https://s.dpsyk.dk/NQuJKoe5

    How can I get the editor panel back for individual Elementor elements on the page?

    The strange thing is that the editor panel appears just fine on other subpages, so I am puzzled as to why this particular has the editor panel non-funtional….

    In order to provide you with a proper solution and as a first essential troubleshooting step, please make sure that your website is using the latest versions of Elementor (3.1.1) after making a backup of your website.
    Also, make sure your WP site meets the basic requirements recommended for Elementor. You can check this in your WP Dashboard > Elementor > System Info. If needed, you can kindly ask your hosting provider to make eventual necessary changes for you: https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements

    If the issue persists, as a second step, I then recommend you to follow this specific section of the article from our help center which addresses this specific issue. Feel free to skip any troubleshooting step that you may have already performed.

    Hi there, Gilt.

    The server requirements have been checked and are fully met. Hosting is enterprise-grade with Pressidium. Also, the Elementor plugin has now been updated to version 3.1.1, but the issue persists.

    Could you link the help article, that you mention addresses the specific issue, please? Then I will run through each step and verify.

    Here is a video (https://s.dpsyk.dk/yAu6yR91) showing how it only happens for the text block. The button element and heading element both have a functional editor in the left-side column, whereas all and any text elements on this page results in a blank editor column. As mentioned in the OP, this unwanted behavior for the text element editing is not present on other subpages.

    Thank you. Unfortunately, the issue is still present. I have done as instructed, and have sent an email to ELementor support. I look forward to progressing, as this has been – and still is – a daily nuisance in using Elementor on our site.
