showing hidden events with shortcode

I have some events that I want to be hidden from the main event listing page, but I want them to be displayed as a list on a different page. Will your plugin help me do this?

To add a bit more detail. I am using the shortcode [ecs-list-events cat=’Volunteers’] which successfully brings in a list of events just for my volunteers on the volunteers page.
I want to hide the volunteer events from my main event listing calendar so I selected “Hide From Events Listings” on the event page. When I do this the event also disappears from the shortcode generated list.
Is there a way to display events on specific pages using your short code, that are hidden from the main list?
