redirects result in Oops! That page can’t be found.

Your target page doesn’t exist. This is not related to Redirection.

I don’t know what you mean by doesn’t exist. It existed before I used the redirect. Now it seems to have screwed it up. Why is this happening?

when I use check redirect, it gives me a green checkmark telling me that it’s working, but in the real world it’s a blank page

The URL https://www.novacustomlabelprinting.com/takeout-delivery-stickers/ does not exist. Redirection has not changed this.

how do I create the URL? Just set it up as a blank page?

A redirect doesn’t move a page, it just says that one URL can be found somewhere else. It is up to you to ensure that the ‘somewhere else’ is a valid page that contains whatever you want it to contain – I cannot say what this is.
