    Hi @pshepherd99

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    For the time being, please can you set the login page inside Paid Memberships Pro to ‘Use WordPress Default’.

    I do believe that WordPress.com may differ from www.remarpro.com login functionality and this may be interfering with this.

    Another option would be to remove the filter that Paid Memberships Pro adjusts the password reset content slightly. You may add the following code snippet to your site –

    remove_filter( 'retrieve_password_message', 'pmpro_password_reset_email_filter', 20, 4 );

    Please let me know if this helps at all.

    Hi @andrewza

    Thanks for the response. I have set the login page as instructed.

    Re the code snippet, a) should I do this using the Code Snippet plugin? b) does the belong inside a function or on it’s own (sorry I am fairly new to WP).

    thanks, Paul

    Hi @andrewza

    With the login page changed to ‘Use WordPress Default’ but without the code snippet we have been locked out again. It was ok for a while, I don’t know what might have triggered the lockout. WP.com have disabled the plugin so we can get back in again.

    Given that the plugin is aimed at controlling user access to the site it seems odd that it is able to lock out admins from managing the site, or have I misunderstood something?

    Will the code snippet help? Is there anything else we can try?

    thanks, Paul

    Thanks for the feedback Paul, the code snippet may help. You may add this using the Code Snippet Plugin you previously mentioned.

    If you are still getting locked out, I recommend reaching out to WordPress.com support to investigate this further.
