    Hi there,

After installing Smush, my header momentarily gets larger while loading. Once the page loads it goes back to normal, but for a split second while loading it’s about twice the size. I’ve tried changing the image type, and also removing javascript that was running in my header, but no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @gillinghamjamie,

I suppose you meant the whole header, could you please try adding the following class as an exclusion under Smush > Dashboard > Lazyload > Include/Exclude > Classes & IDs:
    .custom-logo

And then check whether you still have a similar issue or not?

Please do let us know how that goes. Have a nice day ahead.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin

Hi Nithin, I also had this issue and the above fix worked on desktop. Thanks!

I also added “.custom-mobile-logo” to take care of the mobile one – however, while the blow-up is reduced, it is still noticeable compared to disabling Smush completely.

    Any ideas? (website: https://www.mindfulwonderer.com)

Hey Nithin, I tried this but to no avail. Any ideas?

    Hi @mindfulwonderer,

Perhaps try checking if any other plugin or theme you have comes with a lazyload feature which could be affecting Smush Lazyload as well. Please make sure to create a new thread so that we can assist you on this as well.

@tj4834 the class provided only applies to the site the thread was opened for. Your site may have a different class on the logo that will need to be excluded. Please open a new thread so that we can assist you on this further.

    Best,
    Jonathan S
