This plugin resized everything beautifully, except a couple where I have issues.

One kept overcropping, and not considering empty space properly. It’s a dark colored chair.

Any way to fix the overcrop issue? It did just fine with all my other photos, the chair wasn’t a light color, so it wouldn’t be a low tolerance issue.

    Hi @katstatton

Can you send a direct links to the concerned products so I can take a look?

    Best regards,

In this one, it’s weirdly a “related product” that has it. I reuploaded the other one that was over cropping and it was fine after that.

I do also seem to have quite a few that aren’t doing the resize part, and I kinda wish you had an option to specifically resize one photo instead of have to do them all.

Last time I regenerated, my disk space seemed to get full, so I’m wary.

    Hello @katstatton

I do also seem to have quite a few that aren’t doing the resize part, and I kinda wish you had an option to specifically resize one photo instead of have to do them all.

You can regenerate thumbnails for a single image from the media library by clicking the link “Regenerate thumbnails”, see screenshot here.

Last time I regenerated, my disk space seemed to get full, so I’m wary.

The plugin cleans up old sizes and generate only the ones selected in the plugin settings. Please email [email protected] for further help regarding this issue.
