Unable to create unique thumbnails

I’m a web designer and have several customers using FooGallery, the free version. On a site hosted by SiteGround, I’m able to click on an image in their gallery, then click on Edit Image, and then I’m presented with the “Thumbnail Settings” section that allows me to crop the image and just have it apply to the thumbnail, so I can override certain thumbnails.

On a site hosted by GoDaddy, that “Thumbnail Settings” section is not visible when I attempt to edit the image.

Here’s the server settings info from FooGallery. Could this issue be caused by a server setting or something that needs to be installed on the server?
