[Plugin: PhotoContest Plugin] visible upload not working

My mistake….

Download: https://www.vanderstad.nl/wp-photocontest/photocontest-settings.txt and upload it to the plugin directory as wp-photocontest/photocontest-settings.php (overwrite the current file)

Is the above still up to date (I m using current version of WordPress and plugin)
My issue is that i installed it on a demo side and it worked (visible_upload) now that i m on the live website either value i have on the settings picture uploads behave the same ( no confirmation by admin and no email to user to confirm the photo)

I have the same issue as Antonisk.
Will post if I find what is causing the problem.

Anyone with this problem?
