Hey @wurwaldesign,
It looks like the Facebook team is aware of the issue that caused the need to re-connect and working on a fix for it currently. However, below are the instructions that Facebook is recommending for the time being (while they work on a long-term solution):
– Download and install the Facebook for WooCommerce extension (https://woocommerce.com/products/facebook/), where you will see the set-up screen to reconnect to your Facebook account when opening the app.
– After opening the plugin, click through the step-by-step flow to login with your Facebook credentials, and reselect the Facebook Business Manager and other Facebook assets you previously synced with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
– Click through all asset selection steps until you have completed the setup flow.
Based on what you mentioned, it sounds like you were going through the correct steps, but I’m not sure how this might affect Instagram in the short-term (after going through these steps) or in the long-term (after the issue is resolved by the Facebook team). If you notice any problems, feel free to share them here or reach out to their support team directly and provide them with that information.
