    Hello

I am using Filebird to organize a massive library of images, and its been nice so far.
However, today I saw a message saying I am using a third party plugin and doesn’t display the folders from within the product featured image change.

If I go to the Media page, Filebird folders are there. But if I navigate the media library through the window to pick a featured image or product gallery image, it displays this error and doesn’t show the folders I created.

How can I know the plugin Filebird is refering to? I have a lot of plugins, each for a specific feature, and I know Filebird is the only one related to media management.

    Thanks

So basically, changing WooCommerce products featured images was possible, but not now?
This is a very basic procedure…

    Thanks for the feedback

    Hi @msdesignfoto ,

Thats right, its no more supported now because some WordPress’s policies had forced us to lift some previously existing limitation, so we added new one too, including support for WooCommerce.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Kind regards,

    Ok thanks for the reply.

I had to remove the plugin and replaced by another one that works with WooCommerce, changing product images, etc..

    Cheers

It also broke in Avada with whom FileBird partners. From the page builder if I add an image, I see the my entire media library (500 images). Please help me out and place the link to the WordPress policy change in the comments. I’m unable to find any mention of this change. Thank you.

    Hi @tobiasbray ,

Thanks for your contribution, so please note that the limitation does not supposed to affect your copy of FileBird plugin which comes with Avada theme because the PRO version is what comes with your theme.

If anything is not working in this case, you need to contact Avada theme support for help.

    Kind regards,
    -Bruce-
